Villa Sea Gate

The charming Villa Sea Gate is situated on a stunning rocky coastline and is only a three minute walk to the magnificent beach of Akumal Bay.
Located in Akumal along the Riviera Maya, approximately 60 miles south of the Cancun airport. And it is just a 3 minute walk to the main sandy beach of Akumal Bay. In that same area you\'ll find a variety of restaurants, two small grocery stores, internet cafe, gym, kid\'s club, money exchange and a few small shops.
Inside, the living and dining room areas offer views of the Caribbean Ocean. Through the sliding glass doors off from this area is the oceanfront where you\'ll find an ample-sized pergola. Hammocks are strung waiting for afternoon nappers who will be lulled into pleasant dreams by the lapping of the waves.
Back inside is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with four chairs, an internet connection, fax machine and printer. A large safe for storing valuables is located in the oversized pantry and a half bath is conveniently situated near the door which offers the easiest access to the pool.
An entertainment room is located just off the kitchen of this Akumal vacation rental villa. This air conditioned, oceanfront room is furnished with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of movies, as well as a stereo system with a variety of CDs.
